Activity Tracking

Track your programs with attendance registers

Activity tracking for your organization involves monitoring and recording the participation and attendance of individuals in various programs and activities. Examples include feeding programs, educational programs, youth development programs, economic development programs, EYCD programs, workshops, and other events.

Attendance Registers

An attendance register is a record of who attended a particular program or activity. Registers are typically organized by program, location, and date, making it easy to track and analyze participation over time.

Department-Specific Tracking

Programs can be further broken down by department to get a more detailed view of participation and attendance. When creating a program, select the relevant department first, then the specific program. This ensures that only attendance registers relevant to that department are displayed.
